Richmond, VA – Sixth Mount Zion, Richmond, VA hosted a special Social Justice Weekend for the Tri-City area. Special guests for the weekend included the Senior Pastor of the Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, Atlanta, GA, Rev. Raphael F. Warnock, Ph.D., Rev. Reginald W. Williams, Jr., who was called to serve at Trinity United Church under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr., and Mrs. Kemba Smith Pradia, who continues the fight to educate the public about the devastating consequences of current drug policies.
The visionary behind the weekend event was Rev. Tyrone Nelson, Senior pastor of Sixth Mount Zion.
The event was Free and opened to the public, along with a FREE box lunch.
It was truly an excellent opportunity to hear from some of those who are living and pushing for Justice every day.
