Not familiar with the International Churches of God in Christ? There’s a lot to be said about the world’s largest gathering of African-American Pentecostal Holiness Christian believers. At 6.5 million and growing, COGIC is the fifth largest Christian church in the United States. Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake of Los Angeles, CA (pictured above) leads the enthusiastic congregation globally which was founded in Memphis, TN in 1907 by the late Charles Harrison Mason (1866 – 1961).

With auxiliaries included in many diverse areas of ministry such as the International COGIC Music department, evangelism & missionary work, plus youth, women’s & men’s organizations, COGIC is continuing it’s timeless mission of mobilizing a generation of sanctified citizens across the world for the Kingdom of God.
