As promised, here’s the brand new single from the legendary Twinkie Clark (of the Grammy Award-winning family ensemble The Clark Sisters) in preparation for her forthcoming album. The wait is officially over for the return of one of gospel music’s true gems and we’re only just getting started this time around.
The single “Speak Lord” showcases Twinkie and her sister Karen Clark Sheard trading vocal chops over an updated groove that blends both classic gospel and new school musicianship together on one of our favorites. Check out the new video below.
The full project Twinkie Clark: Live & Unplugged, which was recorded in 2012, is scheduled for release this spring
