After one great NFL season filled with shockers, drama, and injuries….this year’s big game will feature the Denver Broncos (#1 offense in the NFL) verses the Seattle Seahawks (#1 defense in the NFL) making up what will be one historic clash of the titans!!!
In an awesome but wild back-and-forth game between NFC North rivals Seahawks and 49ers, a late drive by San Fran’s QB Colin Kapernick was shut down by Seattle’s star corner back Richard Sherman in the end zone giving the Seahawks a 23-17 victory in the NFC Championship Game.
After the game, Sherman made it painfully clear that he doesn’t respect 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree.
In a battle of the two most prolific QB’s in the game, Patriots Tom Brady and Broncos Peyton Manning (two Hall of Famers to be), Manning completed 32-of-43 passes for 400 yards and two touchdowns while Brady, through three quarters, had put only three points on the board. Mannings Denver Broncos won 26-16.
