President Barack Obama says we all deserve a second chance. And with that being said, The President yesterday decided to free 46 convicted non-violent drug offenders sent to prison for long terms. There were five people from Virginia, Jermaine Osborne of Roanoke and Larry Belcher and James Stockton, both of Martinsville. There was also a person from Mineral and Charlottesville. All five inmates prison sentences will expire on November 10, 2015.
