Deunte L. Humphries,35, served  three years in prison for two felony drug convictions and now those convictions have been overturned. The fourth case was overturned by the Richmond Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office that was handled by former Richmond narcotics detective Jason Norton, who allegedly submitted fraudulent documents. Officials say as many as 100 convictions could have been compromised by Norton.
