To all the single moms out there: each day we get up and do what’s right by our children, we win the daily battle against this mental and emotional war. When you start to lose sight of your worth as a parent, look to your children. 9 times out of 10, they love you to death and as long as you are there to say “I love you” back, everything else is trivial.
For our children are the grand prize at the end of the day.
