We know we don’t have to tell you this, but just in case you need a reminder about the food you eat…

Make sure you rinse/clean your vegetables and fruits before you consume them.

A recent study revealed the “dirtiest” produce items that had the most pesticide residue. The list includes: strawberries, spinach, kale, cherries and nectarines.

The cleanest? Avocados, sweet corn and pineapples.

Eat healthy and be safe!
