In the wake of Nipsey Hussle’s death on Sunday, fans flocked to streaming services to pay their respects by listening to his music.

The result? A whopping 2,776 percent increase in sales according to Billboard.

Per the report:

On Sunday, Nipsey’s catalog of songs and albums sold a combined 15,000 copies — up 2,776 percent compared to a little under 1,000 on Saturday. Isolating just his songs, they sold 13,000 downloads on Sunday (up 2,588 percent compared to less than 1,000 on Saturday). His albums sold nearly 2,000 copies on Sunday (a rise of 6,412 percent from a negligible sum).

Hussle owned all the master recordings to his twelve mixtapes and lone major label album, meaning all profits will go to his family and his estate.

As vigils were held across the country, the LAPD announced a suspect in his slaying and have charged that man with homicide.
