Production crews will be filming the pilot episode of a new streaming series in central Virginia this summer. Governor Ralph Northam said earlier this week that the series will be produced by Imagine Television Studios and CBS Television Studios, but gave no specifics about the exact location or timeline. There is a casting call for 20 roles in Richmond through the Virginia offices’ website at film.virginia.org. Northam says the state is proving itself to be in a prime position to lead in the film industry.
