Lanes have reopened on I-95. A box truck ran off the road and overturned just before 6 this morning. Traffic was backed up for some time and many commuters were late for work. Police say hazardous clean-up crews were able to remove the oxygen canisters that spilled. The truck driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. He’s being charged with reckless driving.
