The Giles County School Board voted 3 to 2 on Tuesday to display the Ten Commandments in Giles County Schools. The Ten Commandments will hang on the walls of the schools, along with, 9 other historical displays.

The ACLU and the Freedom From Religion Foundation, an atheist and agnostic group say they would sue if the Ten Commandments are on display at Giles County Schools. Liberty Counsel will represent Giles County in future lawsuits.

Here are few of the other displays that will hang in Giles County Schools….The Mayflower Compact, Virginia Declaration of Rights, Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom, the Declaration of Independence, to name a few.

Let’s talk: Do you think it’s an issue to display the Ten Commandments in public schools? After all, there will be many other displays that will hang on the walls at Giles County Schools.
