A DeKalb County megachurch pastor and his brother have been indicted on fraud charges, according to the WSBTV. Gospel Tabernacle Church Pastor Bishop Wiley Jackson and his brother Rodney Jackson are facing eight felony counts for allegedly violating the Georgia Securities Act.
