Voting rights for non-violent felons are scheduled to be reinstated in the Commonwealth today.

Governor Bob McDonnel has stated that as many as 100,000 felons can be expected to be added to the voter rolls.

Despite this reinstatement, some people are worried that only a select few will be able to vote this November, since McDonnel has reclassified burglary and breaking & entering as non-violent crimes.
