A federal judge has upheld a lawsuit alleging claims of malicious prosecution, defamation and invasion of privacy against Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby brought by five of the six officers who were acquitted and relieved of charges in the death of Freddie Gray in 2015.

A judge decided Tuesday that the jurors in the case of William G. Porter, one of the police officers involved in the Freddie Gray incident, will not be sequestered or banned from interacting with their loved ones and other people during trial.
