Cedar Street Baptist Church and the Richmond Community came together Sunday evening to pay special honor to a man who is highly respected and known throughout the Gospel Community. He is none other than Mr. Barksdale “Barky” Haggins, owner of Barky’s Spiritual Store in downtown Richmond.

At 5p.m. all roads led to the final “Fire on Friday” Church Service at St. Paul’s Baptist Church. Special guests included the churches own Voices of Vision Choir under the leadership of Patrick Newby, the Bomb Squad (Step Team) led by Alvin Fowlkes, followed by Gospel recording artist J Moss who was the guest psalmist and Pastor Jamal Bryant who was the guest speaker. This was a power filled night.
