Parson, who has provided proof of his no paternity through DNA tests made the horrible mistake of signing the birth certificate before getting the test done. In the eyes of the law, he is legally on the hook for support of the child.

In February of 2013, a judge felt sympathy and ordered Parson to pay $1 per month without interest until the arrears were paid. The problem is that more than a $1 is being taken from his check in various amounts like $65, $137 and even $145 on separate paychecks.
