Los Angeles, CA – (August 27, 2014)– Recognized as one of the most gifted and artistic musical upcoming giants in Gospel and Inspirational Music and now being embraced by the Pop Community, Mali Music is now moving full steam ahead with his hit song “Beautiful” peaking at #34 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip Hop Airplay chart.

He is a perfect example of music in High Definition. His love for Christ is sincere and his way of showing it, is for a NEW generation!

Recently The Belle got a chance to catch up to the RCA recording artist Mali Music who says, he’s been recently laying low, because he is gearing up for his upcoming Tour. “I’ve been just making sure that all of the creativity and the things we are going to present on stage are on point. We are starting to get some really big opportunities and I can’t wait to represent the Kingdom on a huge level.”

While the Tour has not yet been given a title, Mali says, “We are currently getting people to support it and everyone will know when it drops.”

Currently Mali says, it’s just him on the ticket, but adds, “I’ll also be taking part in some of the other cities and things that will be going on, like touring with Anthony Hamilton, Lyfe Jennings, Fantasia and Jasmine Sullivan is also going to be doing some runs. So I’m definitely going to be paying my dues first, but when it’s my turn you will know.”

Still relatively new to the RCA record label family, Mali says, “It’s a little bit of an adjustment here and there, but it’s all good. I’m not use to anyone else having their hand in the pot creatively, but we are now starting to find our groove and are starting to operate as a team.”

When asked about transitioning from Gospel music to Inspirational, Mali said, “I didn’t go anywhere, I just turned what was down UP. It’s like when you like a song and say ‘Turn that up’ it becomes more clear, so I think the only thing that really changed was the platform. Instead of me doing it at churches, I’m now also able to do it on American Idol.”

When asked if he were a Gospel, Christian or R & B artist, Mali said, “Of course I am! I am everything you can put in front of an artist, except for a bad one!”

Mali also says, right now he is doing a lot of publishing and writing and is really just sowing seeds. “Right now I have endless songs and I’m just trying to put them all in the right places”.

For down time, Mali says, he loves to make music, and to relax, he enjoys bowling and watching movies, but he adds, “Whenever I am inspired I have to write about it.

Mali currently resides in North Hollywood, after moving from Houston, TX about a year and a half ago.
