Transformation Expo 2015 FAQ
Location: Richmond Coliseum: 601 East Leigh Street, Richmond VA 23219.

Time: Event is Noon to 5pm. Doors will open at 11am
Parking: Parking lots and garages surround the Richmond Coliseum
ticket prices:
- Prices range from $45 to $100
- There are additional Ticketmaster/venue fees and taxes that will be added to the ticket price
Tickets:
- Online: Available for purchase online at ticketmaster.com
- Phone: Ticketmaster 1-800-745-3000
- On-site: Richmond Coliseum Box Office (Monday – Friday 10am-5pm). On the day of the event, the Box Office will be open at 9am. The box office is located at the 7th Street entrance.
- Group Sales tickets are available through the Richmond Coliseum. To purchase group tickets call (804) 592-3401
- Accessible Tickets/Seating: Wheelchair accessible seats are available. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. For additional information, please call (804) 780-4970 extension 101.
- Children’s Admission: All seats require a ticket. In order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. If the child is under the age of one and can sit on his/her parent’s lap, they do not need a ticket.
- Will Call: located at the Ford Box Office at the 7th Street Entrance. Must have the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and a photo I.D.

Re-entry?
- Yes – attendees can leave the event and return but must receive a stamp in order to re-enter the event. The exact entrance TBD

Concessions:
- The main concourse features a range of dinner, snack and beverage items with multiple points of sale during the event. Choices include Pepsi Products, Papa John’s Pizza, Johnny Rockets Burgers, Barbeque and Dippin Dots. The Coliseum Club will also be open with a variety of food choices.
- No outside food or drink may be brought into the arena.
Cameras/Recording Devices/Cell Phones:
- Cameras, audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are not allowed
Prohibited Items:
- The Richmond Coliseum suggests that attendees arrive early and travel light, as attendees may be subjected to search, including metal detecting and bag search.
- For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras and tripods
- Cans, bottles, coolers or any outside food or drink
- Fireworks
- Flags or signs with poles
- Noisemakers or air horns
- Oversized bags
- All illegal guns and weapons are prohibited
- Pepper spray/Mace
- Chains, knives and spiked jewelry
- Any other items deemed unacceptable by event/facility management
- Strollers – large strollers are not allowed. If you must bring a stroller, it must be the umbrella type that can fold and stow under your seat
- If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle.
