The legal system in Ferguson, Mo. is in total disarray ever since the D.O.J. report uncovered racism on a huge scale involving city officials and the police department.
Many officials have resigned or have been fired but during protests in Ferguson overnight, two officers were shot, one in the face and the other in the shoulder.
The officers are in serious condition and the suspect or suspects have not been found yet. Ferguson police now gone back to tactical mode.
