TBR — It is with great sorrow that we confirm the passing of Mrs. Althea Milton, mother of the award-winning “Songbird of the South” Dottie Peoples. Mrs. Milton departed this life on Thursday, January 21, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia after a brief illness. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Robert Milton Sr., Eight children (to include Ms. Peoples), and a host of loving family & friends.
