Retired Richmond policeman Dalton Ricky Duling passed away earlier this week at the age of 84. For years he was affectionately known as Sergeant Santa. Since the early 70’s, Sgt. Santa has been going into area neighborhoods with toys and gifts for children. He has been involved in some way, with just about every charitable organization in our area. He made many appearances at our Radio One toy drives over the years. Christmas won’t be the same without him this year. He will be missed.
