The Westover Hills Library renovations are the second in a series of seven projects that will renovate all city branch libraries and a portion of the Main Library. The city of Richmond has invested $800,000 in the Westover Hill Library renovation. Updated technology and computer systems, a new roof and building repairs, complete replacement of building furniture, lighting, and shelving, and the addition of an audio-visual equipped meeting room.
