Shea Allen, a television reporter in Huntsville Ala., was fired over a post in her personal blog.

The post was titled “No Apologies: Confessions of a Red-Head Reporter” and contained “confessions” such as being frightened of old people and refusing to do stories on them, revealing that some of her biggest sources have crushes on her, and that she didn’t wear a bra during a live report and got away with it.

Allen said that she was fired three days after she posted “confessions” and NBC News has declined to comment. She also has a youtube channel where she posts videos that contain the same candid content about her job.

This can serve as a warning to young people entering the job market: employers will judge you by the content you post on your social media accounts.
