I am Clovia “Miss Community” Lawrence and truly honored to be a stakeholder for restoration of rights for ex-offenders under Governor Terry McAuliffe’s administration. Stakeholders from across the commonwealth met with Secretary of the Commonwealth Levar Stoney, Deputy Secretary Kelly Thomasson, Deputy Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security Tonya Vincent, State Police and a host of others to discuss making the restoration of right process much simpler for persons with felony offenses.

Secretary Stoney was my guest on Kiss Fm this morning and he shared the good news about the new changes to the restoration of rights process.
