Pastor Lance D. Watson and First Lady Rose Watson during 11am Sunday Morning Service
by Sheilah Belle
EXCLUSIVE — Richmond, VA — How do you put into words A M A Z I N G? How do you describe when God is in the mist and His anointing is moving in an indescribable way? How do you describe a Sunday morning breakthrough and everyone in the church understands what’s going on? HOW? Start with St. Paul’s Baptist Church on Creighton Road in Richmond, VA.
The anointing from the morning service is still flowing from the belly of the church sanctuary after both Sunday morning services.
The guest speaker was Pastor Van Moody who talked about the “People Factor.” His presentation was a bit different with Pastor Lance D. Watson, senior pastor of St. Paul’s Baptist Church conducting a sort of Q & A session. However, Pastor Moody’s response was powerful from a pastoral stand point to a congregation that couldn’t get enough.
Following the 9am and 11am Sunday morning service, Pastor Watson shared an amazing and powerful testimony about … Cancer … that was found in his body BUT also shared that it has ALL been successfully removed after surgery about three weeks ago.
After the 11am service First Lady Rose Watson shared her heart and emotions through song and blessed several hundred that stayed behind to just Praise and Worship with her and the youth choir.
Simply… St. Paul’s Baptist Church will never be the same again!
May we all continue to keep the First Family of St. Paul’s Baptist Church in prayer as well as the church body!
God is truly in control!
