Keeping with this years theme, Louisa Branch NAACP President, Gregory D. Jones, Sr., said many of us have struggles that we have had to overcome to succeed. We have all had some meaningful experiences in our lives, but we cannot afford to forget that all of us have needed a helping hand along the way. We too must remember that there are ones who will need our hands to help them to succeed in the future.”
This year’s guest speaker was, once again, Sheilah Belle, CEO of The Belle Report and On-Air personality for Praise 104.7.
The Mistress of Ceremony was the very spirited Rev. Dr. Alice Morgan Brown.
