Ice, ice and more ice is dominating the roadways. Governor Terry McAuliffe wants Virginians to stay off of the roads today.
Richmond is recovering from one of the worst winter storms in city history. The metro area saw between 11 eleven and 16 inches of storm from Winter Storm Jonas over the weekend. That’s the largest snowfall since 2000 and the eleventh-most ever recorded. The most snow ever recorded was over 21 inches in 1940
