PR — TBR — Veteran recording artist and co-founder of Tyscot Records, Dr. Leonard Scott, met Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton when they both appeared at the 31st annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards Radio Awards this past Saturday at The Orleans Hotel Showroom in Las Vegas.
