TBR — Appomattox, VA – BEMECHE’! Remember the name, because this new independent artist is pushing! Over the weekend BEMECHE’ a Virginia native, singer, musician and minister of music teamed up with Gospel Legend Dorothy Norwood and Lee Walker for a live recording. The live recording for his first album took place on Saturday, May 6th at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 14287 Richmond Highway, Appomattox, VA where Rev. Dr. Calvin L. Gray is the senior pastor. Also featured during the evening was Zion’s Voice Richmond’s Premier Young Adult Choir, Lee Walker & Spirit and special guest host Sheilah Belle “The Belle” of Praise 104.7FM.

BEMECHE’ says, “This has been a dream come true,” as he performed a medley of gospel hymns as well as new material written by Lee Walker of Lee Walker & Spirit.
With family and friends packing out this country church setting BEMECHE’ performed back to back traditional songs along with a mixture of contemporary beats. Truly this worship experience was a worship ride down memory lane, along with some top tapping music that everyone could enjoy.
BEMECHE’ currently serves as the minister of music at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Green Bay and First Baptist Church in Victoria, VA. Look for new the release to drop late Summer 2017.
