TBR (Ridgewood, NJ) May 10 — It’s been a minute since we have heard from Angelo & Veronica Petrucci, but that’s about to change. We caught up with the 3 time Dove Award winning husband and wife duo at the recent premiere of Joshua Coates “But Devil Us From Evil.” In the movie, Veronica plays Tammy Knight, the wife of Pastor Jeremiah Knight who compromises his position as a pastor and ultimately pays big consequences for his actions. Veronica says, “This was an entirely new experience for me that broaden my scope on the entertainment industry, from being behind the mic to being in front of the camera.
While not on the movie set, Veronica says, “We are currently working on a new Angelo & Veronica album. This is always a blessing when you can speak into the hearts of many through song.” The new CD is expected to drop late this year/early next year.
In the meantime, the two are also pushing Veronica’s newly released book, entitled How I Made it Out Alive. “The book is about overcoming how I overcame fear and depression, but thanks to God grace I made it out alive, says “Veronica.”
As if that’s not enough, the two have also started a church. Based out of Nashville, TN, Veronica says, it’s basically an on-line church. Called, Fire Place Church, it was started in September 2015 and has seen a steady increase since its inception.
Let’s continue to keep them in prayer. As for when you can catch Veronica in her premiere movie roll, look for “But Deliver Us From Evil” to hit the box office in October 2017.
