Richmond, VA – November 1, 2017 – It’s amazing how certain events in your life can change you, your perspective and determine what’s really important in your life.
It was July 2016 when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer (BC). The journey that followed was not easy with Chemo, Radiation, Surgery, Infections all while trusting God to get me through it all. WELL…HE DID!
To celebrate that mile stone, I had my first mammogram on Tuesday, October 31 after being diagnosed with BC last year. Only a few minutes later, the doctor called me into his office to let me know that my images looked good and everything was CLEAR!
I got checked out at the Allison Breast Center with some of the newest state of the art equipment. It was Pain free and there was No real smashing to talk about! Yezzzzz!
Celebrate with me! The kid is stoked as I continue to trust God through this process!
