A Richmond woman, Tonya Slaton, was charged after police found her son’s body in the trunk of her car. Slaton has admitted to killing her son and plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of her teenage son Quincy Davis, the Virginia Pilot reported after he went missing in 2004.
Virginia State Police found Davis’ remains in the trunk of Slaton’s car during a 2015 traffic stop on Interstate 64 in Hampton. The judge has sentenced her to 10 years in prison with 2 years suspended.
