Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority executive director T.K. Somanath has announced his resignation. The announcement was made public on Sunday. Somanath has come under fire over the slow response to the lack of heat in dozens of Creighton Court apartments. The installation of electric baseboard heat in those apartments is to begin this week.
