Chiquita Cross delivers a powerful ministry in song during Diamonds & Pearls

TBR — Richmond, VA – (June 17, 2018) — On Saturday, June 16, 2018, The Enhancement Foundation birthed a spirit filled program that also included style, elegance, grace and sophistication that would soon be remembered for changing lives!  Under the leadership of Brenda Campbell, MSW, MBA, Founder/CEO for the not for profit Enhancement Foundation, Inc., Diamonds & Pearls; A Women’s Empowerment Luncheon, blossomed before our very eyes at the Marriott Richmond Short Pump.

With just over one-hundred at its inaugural ticketed event, women, ages 20 – 80 came in from all over – New York, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. While not knowing what to expect, accept excellence, this one day women’s conference lived up to its name.  There was no stone left unturned as Campbell was very meticulous to cover every detail, including a Proclamation for the Enhancement Foundation, Women’s Empowerment Bonding and Dedication Day from Richmond Mayor Levar M Stoney, a ten page program, a plush setting, guest speakers, national recording artists, a fashion show, a delicious lunch, give-aways, awards, door prizes, a backdrop for picture taking, vendors, a great sound system, an extremely warm environment, dynamic speakers, meditation time, prayer time, a cake, center pieces and so much more.

Starting at 8:00am sharp and with the assistance of her Program Team Committee, women were treated with the best of the best. From the main entrance to the ballroom, vendors were given pristine positioning and space to showcase their high end quality merchandise, including jewelry, women attire, designer bags, healthy living items and so much more.  In between checking out the merchandise, guests enjoyed a rich continental breakfast and lunch.

Also providing another layer of entertainment to the day was Nicole Coley Cole, who presented a Fashion Show, with fashions provided by Dillards Department Store.

Serving as the host emcee for the day was, Sheilah Belle, The Belle.

By the time the days events wrapped up around 3:30p.m., so much had been accomplished, and many of the ladies were already asking for the date for next year’s conference.

For this Women’s Conference to be the Enhancement Foundation first ticketed event Women’s conference there is no telling, who, when or where this Diamond & Pearl event will take women, next year, but it’s safe to say, it will be phenomenal.
