A third lawsuit has been against Bishop Eddie Long, alleging he coerced a man to have sex with him, the plaintiff’s attorney told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Two men, ages 20 and 21, have already filed lawsuits and the third as come to a shock to some supporters of Long
Ski is a 12-year member of Long’s New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia. In an interview said his reaction is one of “extreme support.”
“It’s difficult for me because Bishop Long and I are very close,” he said. “I’m one of these people who’s really old school. When you’re a friend and I support you, I support you. Right now it’s allegations.”
The website for Long’s church, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church — http://www.newbirth.org — has been down since the story broke Tuesday evening, The reason is still unknown.
