Maurice Griffin stops by to see The Belle
Richmond, VA – Sunday Best Maurice Griffin, continues with his world wind tour and picks up more good news along the way. Only weeks after the release of his first single “My Heavenly Father”, it’s now #11 on Adult Contemporary Christian Charts provided by CRW Radio Promotions. Griffin says, “God is so good.”
Griffin who is only 24 years old is releasing his own independent CD on the MGM Chicago Music Group Label, making him the first male contestant on Sunday Best to release a CD since performing on the BET stage.
Additionally, Griffin wrote and produced all eleven of the songs on his heart-felt praise and worship project. Griffin calls his style “Urban Praise/Inspirational.” Among the standouts is the anthem “Praise Offering” and the reverential “Rain on Me.” However the song that stands out for Griffin is “Pour Out Your Spirit.” Griffin says, “There’s a line that states, For me to live is Christ.” That means a lot to me because Christ is the only answer to all of our problems.
In the meantime, you can catch up with Griffin as he continues to push his album during Sunday Morning Worship Service, Bible Study, Revival, Convention, Conference, or even a Choir Rehearsal across the country.
Maurice will release his 2nd Single “His Praises” on Tuesday August 9, 2011 to RADIO.
