Dominion Virginia Power/Dominion North Carolina Power will complete their assessment of power outages by noon on Monday and will determine how best to restore. Power crews will begin restoring power to 911 centers, EOC, hospitals and sewage/water plants.
According to the Dominion Electric Outage Summary 2.5 million customers are without power in Virginia. To report a power outage call Dominion Virginia Power at 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357)
