The Celebration of Life services for former Sunday Best finalist and gospel recording artist Dontavies Boatwright is set for today and tomorrow, November 16 and 17 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Boatwright died last week at age 33. It has been reported that the singer died of an apparent heart attack. The baritone appeared on Season 2 of BET’s Sunday Best and was an audience favorite. He recently released the single “Glory to Glory-Sunday Best Medley” in September. He had plans to release his debut album in 2013.
