We all say were going to hit the gym hard to get into shape, but there is a more fun and easier way.  No more weighing portions of food or all of those dreams of buying weight loss in a box.  While these may seem like good ideas in some ways, let’s talk about a simplier way.

Keep things simple by following a few guidelines:

•Maintain a balanced and yet simple workout program that features activities that you love doing. Hula hooping, swimming, going for nature walks, riding bikes, zumba classes, dance classes, etc…

•Drink plenty of water and herbal tea to stay hydrated and give my body what it needs.

•Eat a good amount of protein, lots of whole grains and plenty of fruits and veggies.

•Take a food based vitamin that’s time released each day.

Staying fit and healthy may seem tough, but find some activities that you enjoy doing and sooner than later results will show!
