If you’re like me, when you go on vacation, you take along all of those magazines that have been piling up to finally catch up on what’s going on.  Well that’s what I did recently and there was a common article in almost all of the magazines…”How To Lose Your Belly Fat”.  Some said you could lose it in days…some in weeks.  Of course I read all of the articles and I still have belly fat.  I guess the steps you take to lose it, depend on whether or not you do lose it.  I’ve found out that if you are deligent and patient…maybe you can lose your belly fat.  Read more
