Virginia State Delegate Joe Morissey has been indicted by a Henrico grand jury. There are four felony counts including felony uttering a forged public record, perjury and conspiracy to uttering a forged public record that was used in his previous trial involving contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Del. Morrissey took an Alford Plea in that case but now is under scrutiny for allegedly causing the mother of the teenager to be involved in conspiracy and perjury.
The mother, Deidre Warren was also indicted.
