If junk food is your jump off, but you’re trying to stay lean and clean, then you are going to love this beauties. Even if you are on team #HealthyBeauties it can be hard to eat clean all the time.
So if pizza calls your name every Friday night and soda is your favorite way to hydrate, then get ready to be a “healthy junkie” after learning these RAD swaps.
1. Pass The Pizza
I ain’t gonna lie, while I’m a pro FitGirl by trade, my spirit animal is a 13-year-old boy. I love pizza and I don’t discriminate. I will eat thin crust, deep dish, NY mega slices, even bagel bites. None of those cheesey options keep me slim and trim, which is why I satisfy my pizza addiction (in a healthy way) with Newman’s Own Thin & Crispy Pizzas. With a whole wheat crust, all natural ingredients, insanely delicious toppings and a bake time of 10 minutes let’s just say I don’t call my Papa named John anymore.
2. Dip With This Chip
Who doesn’t like a little crunch when they munch? Plus on the most stressful days, nothing is more relaxing than shoving your hand in a bag of salty goodness. Well that is until you polish the whole thing off in 10 minutes–then it’s guilt central. Well don’t worry boo, you can dip with this chip and not feel the least bit bad about it.
