The ex-Chicago police detective who shot and killed 22-year-old innocent bystander Rekia Boyd, is seeking to collect disability pay from the city because he says he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder from the 2012 shooting. Dante Servin, 48, could collect as much as $78,000 or 75 percent of his former $104,000 salary until his police pension kicks in.
